Abandoned Baby Animal Found Crying on the Street, Learns to Trust Again with Human Help

Here is Pleasure, a cute little pet who was abandoned on the streets. He was too young and fragile to survive without his mother’s care. Helpless and vulnerable, he was at the mercy of fate until the kind volunteers of Howl Of A Canine, a non-profit organization focused on animal rescue in Romania, came to his aid and brought him to their facility.

When Pleasure arrived at the shelter, it was considered his first day of existence since he was only 160 grams in weight. Raising orphaned newborn puppies can be difficult due to their vulnerability, lack of sight, hearing, teeth, and ability to regulate body temperature. However, the staff at the shelter made every effort to care for him and aid in his development.

With the help of caretakers, he spent most of his initial week sleeping and eating. After three weeks, he finally woke up and began to familiarize himself with other animals and his surroundings. At seven weeks old, he was strong enough to feed himself. Once he was ready for adoption, everyone pitched in to find him a new loving home.

After four months of waiting, the Howl Of A Canine staff received some great news. Joy was finally adopted by a loving Dutch family who couldn’t resist his charm. To make it even better, his new parents, Ellen and Ricardo, drove across all of Europe to personally bring him home. Nothing could be more satisfying than knowing Joy is now living comfortably in his permanent home with his loving family. You can watch the entire rescue here:
