Feeling great: “I’m feeling amazing these days. Back in my 20s and 30s, I used to hit the gym, but nothing like my routine now. I’m not working out more often, just working out smarter and harder. And the best part is, I don’t have to spend as much time as before,” shared the mother of Max and Emme.

The topic came up when her ex-partner, Ben Affleck, jokingly asked, “Where are you hiding the secret to eternal youth? Why do you still look the same as you did in 2003 while I look like I’m in my 40s… at best?” To which Lopez humorously responded, “I don’t have any special beauty tricks other than JLo Beauty – and I’m sharing them all with everyone through my products.
